IBS Enrolment procedures and payments |

Note: ALL BOARD/CIS/IBS ENROLMENT FORMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PROOF OF PAYMENT IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.
Separation of the enrolment form from the proof of payment will result in a failure to become enrolled. The onus remains on students to provide clear, irrefutable proof of payment. In this regard, students are advised to keep all deposit slips for the entire duration of study.
No credit facilities will be extended by the Institute. The Institute does not process cash or other payments at its premises under any circumstances.

| Note: No late enrolment will be accepted under any circumstances. Should any of the required documentation not be submitted before the enrolment dates, enrolment will be regarded as incomplete and the student concerned will not be permitted to write the examination/s. |
Payment
- Internet transfer into the Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa bank account OR
- Cheque deposits into the Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa bank account. Please bear in mind the 10-day clearance period for cheques - enrolment will not proceed until such cheques have been cleared. If any cheques are dishonoured by a bank, students will be liable for both the outstanding fees and a 10% levy (based on the value of the dishonoured cheque) to cover bank charges.

Note: should any enrolment fees be paid directly to any tuition provider, the Institute will not be held responsible and will not liaise on the student's behalf in this regard.
Failure to pay any fees in full at any stage of enrolment may carry the following consequences:
- Prohibition against future registration until previous unpaid fees have been settled in full or satisfactory arrangements have been made in this regard
- Exclusion from examination/s
- Withholding of examination results or official Certificate/s " Legal action (students may be liable for all legal costs incurred)
